Abstract
  • The project develops and implements a training program for those who attend First Baptist Church of Clarendon in Arlington, Virginia. A seven-session seminar was designed to provide information on the characteristics of the community as well as on models of innovative ministry which might be applicable to the church's ministry situation. The sessions and their development are structured in a way that fosters participant self-discovery of the relevance and applicability of information to the church's structure and ministry. The entire process is designed to be minister-led, not minister-dictated.
