  • This project measured the impact of transformational teaching on students' attitudes toward women in ministry. During the Fall of 2003, students at Central Bible College voluntarily participated in a course on women in ministry. Students (one male and seven females) were surveyed at the beginning and the end of the course. Students demonstrated a significant increase in their understanding of the biblical basis for women in ministry. Students also felt more affirmed in their calling for ministry and gained a greater respect for women in ministry.
