- The project explores adult development in theory and practice. The context of this project is the psychology of Carl Jung and the spirituality of John of the Cross. Their perspectives are utilized in formulating and implementing a psychospiritual model of adult development. The model challenges our story and guides us on the human journey. The model can be adapted to various areas of ministry. This project highlights the model's usefulness for pastoral counseling. The qualitative study provided some initial insights that are tentative and inconclusive. Further research is needed to enhance present perceptions of the model.
