Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to lead a study group of pastors to design and to utilize manifestos--statements of ministerial objectives--to improve the performance of ministry. Seven pastors were enlisted for a one-day seminar intended to generate a measurable increase in appreciating and understanding manifestos for ministry. Positive attitudinal changes were observed by means of a testing instrument and exit interviews. Each seminar participant composed his own objectives, goals and action plans and an expert in time management confirmed that the work of each participant met established criteria.
