Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to develop lay leaders for ministry. Scriptures that explain spiritual gifts have been examined and discovery was attempted with how the Holy Spirit uses spiritual gifts to empower believers. The study of Discovering your spiritual gifts was used for this project. Pre-test and post-test surveys were used and findings are recorded. The author evaluated the data and examined the success of the project. The conclusion given was more people are involved in ministry for the Lord Jesus at BVBC as spiritual gifts were implemented.
