Abstract
  • The project seeks to equip teams to cultivate witnessing relationships with unchurched individuals and launch a seeker small group pilot project. The project leader recruits and equips a leadership team of four people. This team participates in six weeks of training in the areas of evangelism, postmodernism, unchurched seekers, and cultivating witnessing relationships. The leadership team members each recruit four individuals to serve on four separate launch teams. Launch team members attend a training retreat led by the leadership team and project leader. Seeker small groups provide a safe place for those residing outside religous circles.
