Abstract
  • This project represents a commitment to helping laity hear the call to minister in the workplace, and to do it with greater intentionality, confidence and effectiveness. The design encouraged laity to reflect mutually on Christian faith and the workplace, develop a theology and strategy, and begin implementation. A lay task force developed the theology and strategy. Implementation began with a fourteen-week seminar encouraging increased awareness and appreciation for personality and gifts as part of one's calling. The MBTI helped people discover their personality gifts. One's personality type suggested personal images for serving with greater confidence and power.
