- Abstract
- This project is intended to help longer-tenured members and shorter-tenured members of growing congregation discover what it means to be the church together. At its best the church is a dynamic and changing vessel, grounded in mutuality and inclusive of all. Through conversation at dinners and a few sermon series with dialogue, the congregation will explore the various ways we relate to God and the different metaphors used to describe the church as they develop a broader understanding of what it means to be the 'Family of God'--a 'household of faith' together.
