Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to lead members to an increased involvement in relational evangelism, and to improve both their relationships and witnessing. The project utilized a training seminar and an evalution of the program based upon how it effected the participants. A pretest and posttest questionnaire sought to measure changes in attitudes and motivation toward relational evangelism. A final questionnaire was administered to evaluate the seminar. Four weeks later participants were interviewed to discover influences of the training. Seven sessions dealt with discovering, developing, and renewing relationships. Two final sessions focused on methods of Gospel sharing. The participants displayed improved attitudes toward personal evangelism and a marked increase in their level of involvement. Respondants to the interview showed a heightened awareness of their personal relationships.
