Abstract
  • The purpose of the thesis is to explore the relationship of worldview to spiritual renewal. Particular attention is given to worldview within the emerging context of postmodernity. Using the Bible as the source of God's revelation of reality, the key worldview questions are asked: Who am I? Where am I? What's wrong? What's the solution? As the narrative of the Bible is used to address these questions, a distinctive Christian worldview emerges. The grand story revealed in the Bible is the unfolding narrative of the kingdom of God. As this story shapes worldview, it can produce a corresponding praxis (spirituality).
