  • This thesis focuses on a study in which Graduate Christian Fellowship leaders at a major university were not consistently able to help millennial graduate students to grow from superficial followers of Jesus to mature disciples whose lives are being transformed by Christlikeness. I first explore the biblical and systematic theology of Christlike maturity. Next, I describe a series of interviews in which the three most common emerging themes affecting spiritual growth among graduate students were: limited time, the need for community, and spiritual growth through crises. I conclude by discussing the implications of these findings for campus ministry planning.
