Abstracto

This project is an appraisal of the Home Bible Seminary program for leadership training in Thailand. The project was concerned about program objectives, design and results. The project examined theological, theoretical and cultural background studies useful to the appraisal. The project presented the history of the Home Bible Seminary in Thailand. A questionnaire was used to gain the students' perspective on the program. The study included recommendations on how to improve the program. The research shows the students found the program very profitable for their own objectives, which were to understand the Bible and grow spiritually.
