  • The professional project 'Leading Church Members to Unite with a Common Vision and Core Values' has been designed for the improvement of congregational involvement at Central Baptist Church in Luling, Texas. The project leader will present this course to both new and longstanding church members to enable each person to gain ownership of these accepted core values and gain understanding of how these values are carried out through the existing programs and strategies of the church. This training course clearly sets forth each aspect of the church's adopted vision statement and the commonly accepted core values that are foundational to the ministries at Central Baptist Church. Participants will discover the biblical foundations of these values. The project leader believes this will increase the unity among church members and increase the overall effectiveness of the ministries of the church.
