Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to help a dying church grow. Working with a ten-member team from Litz Manor Baptist Church, we journeyed through eight distinct phases of transformation. Each phase utilized questionnaires, group coaching and teamwork principles to elicit open and transparent feedback. By focusing on outward ministry possibilities, this team discovered several options for future growth, implementing three. Their work has led to a transformation within the church, a more open and accepting attitude among the members, resulting in growth of more than thirty percent since the project.
