- This project was designed to provide a counseling agency with the logistical details necessary to begin an adjunct service of family mediation for divorcing couples. The methodology required identification of personnel needs, equipment needs, start-upcosts, marketing plan, referral methods, and origination of printed forms. Methodology was tested, refined, and evaluated during actual mediations. The project resulted in a replicable model for bringing a needed ministry to the community and the development of a manual which details how a viable and profitable mediation service was established for the Samaritan Counseling Center of Greater Cincinnati.
