- This project examines a team-based approach to ministry based on the Purpose driven church model. Ch. 1 gives the setting and background of the church field. Chs.2 and 3 examine the biblical and business basis for team ministry. Ch. 4 outlines the project with steps to implementation. Ch. 5 offers a written analysis of the project's impact on the elders, ministers, deacons, and ministry leaders as team based ministry was organized. The last chapter includes the author's personal reflections. The project contends that team-based approach to ministry is a viable option for doing church today.
