Abstrakt

Effective preaching is based on the corollary of hermeneutics so that the biblical truth can be communicated to the audience. On the process of sermon development, the preacher should discover the single unified concept of a text in which its theology is stated followed by seeking its contemporary significance. Hence, the preacher must know the biblical world and the modern world. This project is a ministry implementation approach project in which the author compiled a manual on sermon preparation for expository preaching and evaluated the feedback on the participants to identify the ways for improving the effectiveness of the manual.
