Abstrakt

The congregation learns from the conflicts between the members and leaders. To prevent and resolve the conflicts among the congregation, the church family theory and Appreciative Inquiry are good method to use in the church ministry. The good ministry in the church is to maintain the sound and healthy church pursuing the mission of the congregation. Through AI application into the church ministry, the leader of the church makes the members of the church focus on their good achievement in their history sharing their stories.
