Abstract
  • This project addresses the assimilation of people in a local church from corporate worship to small groups. The author researched and studied other follow-up procedures developed and implemented by various churches having small groups. This author developed an ecclesiological treatise and system of assimilation through hundreds of practical hours of faithful follow-up of guests who attended corporate worship services. The results of the study will serve to help churches incorporate guests and new members into a functioning small group.
