Abstract

This thesis is a counteraction of a theology that has oriented a temple building and it would be a simple starting point for the Christian social welfare ministry based on local regions to suggest a new direction to Korean church through Wesley's primary mind. In the feature of performing a missionary vocation and a social responsibility for the sake of local regions of small-medium sized churches in Korea, applying Wesley's social welfare ministry to Neulmanna Methodist Church in detail, this thesis tries to present what a positive effect and its limitations are.
