The thesis of the ministry project was to train and equip eight members of the congregation to recognize the need for godly leadership and serve as leaders in the local church. The members of the project group participated in a six week leadership seminar that focused on various facets of the leader's character, duties, and disciplines. Through surveys, tests, journals, and an evaluation session, the project leader was able to assess the overall effectiveness of the project. This ministry project resulted in a rise in the awareness of leadership needs in the church.
