- Abstract
- In the parish of St George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Phoenix, Arizona, obesity is a problem that contradicts St Paul's exhortation that states the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. A program of physical exercise and education will be implemented. Evaluative measurements will discern the impact on behavior and physical health. A positive change in physical behavior will lead to self-discipline and improved physical health.
