Abstract
  • One of the significant unreached people groups in the world, the Sikhs have come to Canada by the hundreds of thousands. The study traces the growth of the Sikh panth for the last five hundred years. Special attention is paid to immigration of Sikhs to Canada and the subculture they have established there. Sikhism and Christianity are compared, suggesting ways of communicating the gospel of Christ. But recognizing that Christian ministry must involve more than evangelism, the project explores dimensions of establishing culturally sensitive congregations of Punjabi believers.
