Abstract
  • The God-given talents and gifts that Christians possess are tools for service; each Christian should be a faithful steward of them. This talent search survey encourages believers to evaluate themselves in relation to the many opportunities for service by expressing a level of intensity in each of three categories: confidence, experience (or training), and interest (or desire). It should be the church's desire to assist in the discovery of those assets, encourage the development of them, and help find opportunities for their use. The identification, refinement, and utilization of those abilities is both an individual and an institutional responsibility.
