Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy plan to assist forcibly terminated clergy in the Northwest Louisiana Baptist Association, Shreveport, Louisiana. The components of the project include exploring selected strategy planning models, analyzing association and convention demographic data, and reviewing the association's organizational structure and financial resources. The project director guided the strategy development by using a planning team comprised of selected individuals. The completed strategy plan was presented to the association's Administrative Council to solicit its recommendation for adoption by the associations Executive Board. Implementation of the strategy plan was beyond the scope of the project.
