Abstract
  • The thesis of this project was to lead an increasing number of members to become involved in Christian service through discovering and ultimately using their spiritual gifts. The project involved the use of the experimental method with statistical evaluations of experimental and control groups. The experimental group completed a training course consisting of thirteen sessions, and evaluation method tested the effectiveness of the course. Pretests and posttests measured a statistically significant increase in both knowledge and use of spiritual gifts. The project demonstrated that Christians are trainable for more involvement in Christian service.
