A case study of LifeChurch.tv was the basis of the author's qualitative research design. The author discovered the importance of preaching and proximity to the broadcast campus, meaning these two factors are critical to the campus pastor's effectiveness as a spiritual leader on his local campus. The author researched middle management and found numerous similarities between middle managers and campus pastors.
