Abstract
  • This project involved a study of spiritual growth of a congregation. A survey was devised whereby information was gathered from the parish concerning what strengthens or weakens faith. The survey responses were analyzed and collated. Significant areas were identified and a ten-week project was devised around the most pertinent aspects of faith building. The project was named 'Soaring To New Heights.' The conclusion is that it is possible to measure where a congregation is on its faith journey and to devise market-designed programs that will increase the spiritual experience of that congregation.
