Abstract
  • The author sought to incorporate newly catechized members into the congregation through a Sunday morning Bible study covering all sixty-six books of the Bible. This fifteen-week course taught the general content of each book, the centrality of Christ in each book, and the proper distinction of Law and Gospel. The goal was to increase the participants’ desire to attend future Bible studies. Research tools included surveys and focus groups. The project was deemed a highly effective method for accomplishing the stated goals, and the experience has led the author into further research concerning typology as a hermeneutical method.
