Abstrakt

The purpose of the project was to develop a strategy identifying the physical resource needs of the New Union Baptist Church, Dayton, Tennessee. The project director did careful research in best practices of physical resource utilization, as well as strategy planning. Working with the church's building committee, the project director led in the development of an appropriate strategy to address the physical resource issues of the church. The strategy was then presented to the deacon body of New Union Baptist Church for approval.
