Abstracto

This project proposes to help the Africa Evangelical Fellowship improve its methods of field leadership selection and development in order to accomplish its purpose more effectively. Based on a historical survey of AEF practice, biblical research, and field evaluation of current AEF methods through surveys of field leaders and missionaries, the project offers eight specific recommendations to the AEF international board.
