Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to develop a missional pastoral strategy to effectively convey the gospel at Peaceland Church located in Suwanee, Georgia. First, this project studied the field of general strategic planning and strategic methodology and explored professional theories and missional application cases of missional churches' missional pastoral strategies based on existing studies. Second, based on the theoretical foundation and research on the missional church's pastoral strategy, a missional pastoral strategy was developed taking into account the current situation, environment, culture, and characteristics and needs of the community at Peaceland Church. It is hoped that the developed missional pastoral strategy will restore the mission and essence of the church and effectively convey the gospel. Third, the developed missional pastoral strategy is planned to be presented to selected leaders of Peaceland Church and then utilized upon approval by the church. Lastly, the goal was not only to improve holistic knowledge and understanding of the missional church, but also to improve skills in developing missional pastoral strategies.
