Abstracto

A program was developed at the Hay Nien Primary School Chapel in Hong Kong to train church members to evangelize Buddhists in the community. The project was designed to utilize small study group instruction and proclamation to reach the stated goals. The group learned Buddhist beliefs and the principles for Christian witnessing to the Buddhist as well as basic evangelistic skills. This project demonstrated that laypeople will become more willing and effective to evangelize their Buddhist friends if they have adequate training and tools.
