Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to create a resource to help women in the local church understand their significance as new leaders through a eight-week small group study. The design of the project included a quantitative and qualitative survey that assessed reviewers' observations of the helpfulness of the resource supporting an eight-week group study. Reviewers agreed that the resource would: help women in leadership understand their significance in the body of Christ; help women reflect on their relationship with others; and enable women to discover a clearer sense of self-awareness.
