Abstract

This project equipped a select team of members at Palm Coast Community Coast in Palm Coast, Florida, to guide members to mature in their faith through a personalized spiritual growth plan. The director researched effective equipping models, developed materials to lead a seminar, and conducted the seminar. The concept of spiritual growth guides blended some of the aspects of discipleship, mentoring, and Christian coaching. The director trained the select team in four sessions over a four-week period. As a result of the project, a team of leaders was equipped to guide church members to experience spiritual formation through more efficient personal devotions and more effective ministry placement.
