- Abstract
- The author led his congregation in the development of a plan for institutional growth in association with the church's pending relocation. He utilized Dr Kennon L Callahan's Twelve Keys to an Effective Church as a base document, and in the conduct of a sixteen-hour churchwide workshop sought to apply Dr Callahan's material to his local ministry setting. From that process of teaching and interacting with the workshop's participants, enabling strategies for applying Dr Callahan's work were developed. From the enabling strategies, the author developed a church growth plan that was subsequently adopted by the congregation.
