Abstract
  • The primary goal of this project in ministry was to develop a curriculum to equip members of the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) of Eastwood Baptist Church of Bay Minette, Alabama, with congregational health competencies. The team discovered a biblical paradigm consisting of vital principles for church health and revitalization. Based on that paradigm, the team compared and contrasted these biblical principles with the current state of church health for Eastwood Baptist Church. The teaching of this curriculum guided participants toward identifying potential spiritual deficiencies that undermine church health and church growth.
