Abstract
  • The topic succinctly states the primary objective of this project: the development of a college-level introductory course in cross-cultural ministry. The core of the project consists of an instructional design which incorporates educational theory with practical application to produce all the necessary theoretical and practical elements for teaching the course. In addition, the project includes a complete set of teaching notes which arise from contemporary missiological literature and the author's own cross-cultural experience. An evaluative study indicates that this project has resulted in a course which provides students a significant learning experience in missions.
