  • This ministry research project examines the process of teaching bible doctrine to Eastwood Baptist Church, Monroeville, Alabama, through expository preaching. Chapter 1 introduces the ministry project by discussing the purpose, goals, context, and rationale for teaching Bible doctrine to the church. Chapter 2 presents a study of the historical and biblical issues of teaching bible doctrine. Contemporary learning techniques and their impact on expository preaching are addressed in chapter 3. Chapter 4 describes the ministry action plan for teaching six major doctrines to the church through twelve expository sermons. The evaluation outcomes of the project are presented in chapter 5.
