- Abstract
- This project establishes a school to train Hispanic laypersons for evangelism in the Oregon Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. The 52 lay evangelists who participate in the study increase their efficiency, inspiration, and motivation for outreach, and they are eager to use the training they receive in their communities. The project demonstrates that a lay evangelism training school can motivate and equip persons of any language or ethnic background to fulfill the mandate to 'make disciples of all nations.' Pastors and evangelists should realize that they have been called to train believers for this ministry.
