Abstract
  • Church establishment in the post-Christendom era is a growing challenge. How do pastors or church planters rediscover the essence of being church and doing church today? 'Being missional' becomes the most important rediscovery of this searching. A study is held to explore the theological rationale of the missional mandate and develop the theoretical presuppositions in order to make implementations in the context of a local church. This report reflects the process of developing a team of missional leaders who commit themselves to lead the church to become missional. The project succeeded in re-positioning the church for a promising future.
