Abstract
  • The project originated in a campus ministry setting, and was designed to help adult students to reflect on their life/work in light of the Christian concept of calling. The project describes the course 'Making Meaning' used in the practicum experience and presents biblical, historical and sociological background on the theme of vocation, along with current resources on faith development and the adult life cycle. A biblical theology of vocation and an educational methodology are proposed as a beginning for the development of curriculum which would assist adults to reflectively discover and actively respond to God's call to participate in the New Creation.
