Abstrakt

The purpose of the project was to equip selected leaders at Impact Community Church in Duncan, South Carolina, with interpersonal relationship skills to promote healthy team dynamics. The project director developed curriculum based on seven interpersonal relationship skills which research for the project revealed as key to promoting healthy team dynamics. The project director expanded these interpersonal relationship skills into a training curriculum and enlisted and trained a group of leaders in a workshop held over four weeks. The project resulted in the leadership team consisting of staff and elders being equipped in interpersonal relationship skills which promote healthy team dynamics.
