The purpose of this Doctor of Ministry project was to research Ethiopian church governance to create a training manual for the Wongel Amagnoch Church of South Africa (WAC). This project undertook an extensive literature review encompassing historical documents, contemporary studies, and scriptural references. The project progressed to the development of a training manual aimed at enhancing leadership awareness of church governance.
