Abstract
  • The focus of this study was church and ministry leadership within the Evangelical Free Church of America North Central District, and the development of resources that would enhance the practice of prayer. The goal was to aid ministry leaders at all levels to prioritize and model prayer as personal habit and ministry core value. This goal would be achieved in part through an adaptable-approach workbook. In the project a significant research finding was the importance of creating, with intentionality, an environment or culture conductive to prayer in a local church or ministry.
