Abstrait

The thesis was to develop a ministerial internship program which provides an opportunity for college-level ministerial students to grow in their understanding and performance of ministry. The goals of the project were (1) to develop evaluative instruments for use in assessing a student's progress, and (2) to produce a manual for pastors conducting internship programs suitable for general use among the brotherhood of Christian Churches of Christ. These goals were achieved through a study of (1) the author's experience in supervision, (2) literature involving field education, and (3) various existing field education programs.
