Abstract
  • This project proposes a new approach to pastoral ministry in a urban society for faith development in the light of the New Testament and developmental psychology. Faith development is viewed as sequential stages of development of Christians until they conform to the image of Christ. A healthy interaction among family members would mediate the grace of God to their faith development. It suggests a structured network of covenant family group ministry in a church to build up and enrich Christian families for faith development. The project ends with a model of a preliminary implementation plan for a church in Singapore.
