Abstract
  • Through a pre-test and post-test scenario the author attempts to answer the question, does field education training affect administration performance among seminary students? the hypothesis is that a semester of training will have a positive affect upon students at the .05 level of significance according to a standard t test scale. Although the pre- and post-tests were paper and pencil tests, they were designed to test hands-on capabilities in time management, church finances, church business meetings, lay training, and office procedures. The author concluded that the program has a positive effect in three of the five areas.
