- Abstract
- This is a discovery project. A four-page questionnaire consisted of 1) demographics, age, gender and church membership; 2) discovery, where members gave information as to why they were not a part of the credit union; and 3) the evaluation of the study: the participants expressed themselves as to whether or not the study was 'helpful.' The major findings are that the members of the church were more reluctant to change due to the fact that they were more comfortable with their financial institution. Active members have set services that they will use.
