Abstract

The purpose of this project was to equip a new member assimilation team with the skills to affirm the salvation for any new and prospective members of Grace Baptist Church. The project director researched biblical teachings, theological foundations, and related literature on the topic of salvation. The project director also developed a training model to equip a new member assimilation team with the skills to interview new and prospective members about salvation. Finally, the project director utilized the training model to equip the new member assimilation team with a more efficient way for Grace Baptist Church to receive new and prospective members. The result of the project was a trained new member assimilation team capable of interviewing new and prospective members of Grace Baptist Church about their salvation.
